Are you excited to support start-up and scale-up companies or projects in the agricultural market? Innovative companies are popping up globally. The route to market is one with many bumps. Are you able to understand those bumps and to guide those companies to make sure they get into a higher gear? We expect you to remove the road blocks and seize the opportunities for our clients.

Having a strong network in and understanding of the ag inputs sector is considered a requirement, the same as fluently speaking at least one language next to English. Do you also understand the requirements for products to hit the markt and are you able to train clients on the processess, tools and content?

This position can be outside of Belgium and the EU. We are trilled to expand our network rapidly.

Developing your project and product regulatory compliance and registration strategy is something you are great at. Next to advising and training clients on the regulatory complexity of the process is running the whole project from regulatory strategy setting, over dossier development and country registrations something you have done a couple of times.

Have you negotiated with the authorities and government bodies on how some innovative (green) solutions are (not) fitting the current regulatory system? That would be great. We'd love you to join trade associations and working groups.

Do you have a scientific background in agronomy, biology, biochemistry or chemistry and are you interested to help bringing innovative and reduced risk plant protection products, biocides or crop nutrition products to the market?

Communication on the risks and safety measures of products is key in any supply chain. We do believe that still too many safety data sheets are of poor quality. Are you able to translate risk assessments and product compositions into straightforward safety language? We do expect you to understand SDS requirements, GHS/CLP legislation and the ways to calculate the classification of a product. We will provide you with a tool to write those documents. Can you handle the tool and manage the distribution of highly important safety documents? The different actors in the supply chain will love it.

Regulatory Affairs and registration exercises are not thought in schools or universities. However we also believe that the science world is not heaven for everyone with a scientific education. We would be pleased to guide you in the first steps in regulatory affairs and see whether this new world can become your next home.

Are your the freelance partner we are looking for? Our clients need legal support to guide them through some of their first crucial stages of their business or project. The HSEQ specialist we are looking for has worked in different markets too and guided companies to achieve their production permit, environmental and safety permit. When you have worked as a quality manager and achieved to gain the ISO certification already a couple of times you are the specialist we are looking for our clients. This position is someone based in Flanders, Belgium.
