  • Yes, we encourage it. Founding teams benefit most when they can divide and conquer — for example, one founder can focus on technical validation while another dives into GTM strategy. You can attend sessions together or split them based on focus areas. Just let us know who's joining during your intake.

  • No, but you do need more than just an idea. This program is designed for startups that have validated the core technology or prototype and are now figuring out how to bring it to market. If you’re already building (or have built) something that works in the lab, but need clarity on market fit, regulation, or GTM, you're in the right place.

  • The program is centered around you. You decide how much time you spend and when. We suggest ~4–6 hours per month for workshops, mentor calls, and reflection time but there’s flexibility. The program is designed to be actionable and support your goals without overwhelming your runway.
